My Story

Welcome! I am Elise, the stylist behind EV Bridal. I'm a traveling bridal stylist with 10+ years of experience in the beauty industry. I travel on location to give you and your wedding party the salon experience in the comfort of your choosing on your wedding day.  My time behind the chair started as an apprentice working to learn the basics in hair cutting and styling under some of the best educators in Michigan. It challenged me to look beyond just styling hair to resemble a picture and to learn to style hair to flatter each unique individual that sits in my chair. I've continued to dedicate my career to learning new techniques and perfecting classics to give you a customized style that will bring your vision to life while enhancing your natural beauty.  Whether you are looking for something sleek, structured, effortless or boho I can make your hair goals come to life while providing you the utmost relaxing experience.

Beyond the chair I am a wife and a mom to two boys.  Most days you can find me chasing them around the house pretending to be a monster, baking and making a mess in the kitchen or playing dinosaurs outside. It's not all glamour over here. Aside from being in the midst of motherhood I love DIY home renovations and interior design. I have a background in art and love using my creativity to spruce up random trinkets to use in new ways around our home.  I'm a plant collector with not much knowledge on the actual plants I have. I just like them. I relate to the term bougie hippy.  I like all the girly things but you can also catch me outside barefoot, practicing meditation while infusing my house with essential oils. I was raised to always treat others the way you would want to be treated. I will forever think being kind is cool-
